Hermetic tray sealing for the food industry
A tray sealer automatically seals ready trays of product with film — in a protective MAP atmosphere (longer shelf life) or under vacuum in the SKIN option. Today it’s the standard for packaging meat, cold cuts, ready meals, fish and dairy. At Techjon we design and build our own tray sealer TECHSEAL TS75 — with proprietary control and full customization of mechanics and software.

Seals plastic, aluminium and polystyrene trays. Sealing area 735×320 mm, package height up to 120 mm.
